Jonathan Sibley and Tatiana Bachkirova will present the result of their project to design an instrument that can be used to describe actual or imagined coaching sessions.
Under a grant from Harvard's Institute of Coaching, working with senior coaches from around the world, Jonathan Sibley, Tatiana Bachkirova, and Adrian Myers developed an instrument that can be used to describe what happens in a specific coaching session. In this teleclass, Jonathan and Tatiana will describe their research and how the instrument can be used in future coaching research.
