In a coaching group you can learn from others and save money

In a coaching based group, you can work with others to reach goals that you are pursuing while sharing ideas and support. As and added bonus, group coaching is less expensive than individual coaching.

A new group will be starting in early February focusin on how to help each member accomplish his or her new years resolutions in 2009.

Coaching groups are available in person in Montclair, NJ and around the world over the internet.
